You may send your video files to use via Dropbox, Wetransfer or Google Drive.
Of course you may! All of the editing we do is completely customized, so if you have any special requests, we are always happy to accommodate.
No, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once an order has been placed or requested. Because our services are custom and begin shortly after images are received we’re unable to issue refunds or cancellations. That being said, we will do our best to resolve any issues or make adjustments to ensure your satisfaction on your edits..
Just tell us right away! Often if a new client has problems with one of their first orders, we can quickly identify a technical issue that is to blame (monitor calibration, files that have been renumbered resulting in xmp data not matching, etc.) If the issue requires us to re-edit the files to reach your satisfaction, we will always do that happily (and at no additional charge) as long as you let us know about the problem right away.
For photoshop services, after the initial editing is completed you are granted 1 round of free changes. We will make any and all changes if possible to your edit/s. Please make sure you look through your edits thoughroughly and give us all your changes in that first round of changes.
For Creative Edit services, first round of changes are free of charge, any additional changes after the first round will be calculated in the hourly rate. Changes in the creative edit package does not include changing of the edit entirely.
Turn-around time depends on the order that was submitted. Lightroom services typically takes 5-7 business days. Photoshop services depending on number of images submitted typically takes 5 to 7 days, excluding the weekends, if you need a rush (24 hours) service, please specify in the order form (extra fee is applicable). If you ever need an order back by a specific date just let us know and we will always do our best to make it happen. Obviously, making you look good to your clients is our goal.
Getting started with Galexia Editing is super easy. All you need to do is go to our website www.galexiaediting.com and under the Form tab click new customer and fill out the information required and submit the form. A customer service representative will email you back with your client ID number and everything you need to know about the starting process.
RAW, JPG, TIF, DNG and PSD’s
After you receive your edited images from us, you are allowed 2 weeks to provide changes to your order. Failure to alert Galexia Editing to any concerns within 2 weeks of the order completion date is considered confirmation that the work is satisfactory and all of Galexia Editing's responsibilities regarding this order have been dutifully fulfilled.
Jpg, png, tif, lrcat (Lightroom catalog)
Absolutely not! We never use our clients' photos unless we have been given direct consent from the owner of the photograph.
Of course! With our Lightroom services we offer 10-15 images per catalog so you may see what the result of your product will be. We do offer samples for Creative Edits as well (If background is being changed) so you may visually see what your image will look like with the background choice. We can’t guarantee samples with Photoshop Basic and Pro Services since they have to be edited in full to get the service done and can’t be edited half way. If you do request Lightroom samples, the 10-15 samples will be ready in 24 hours for your approval. This applies to Creative Edit services as well. Please allow 24 hours for samples to be ready for your approval.
Absolutely! When you fill out the form online to submit your order, there is a place specific for uploading an image to show us exactly what you are looking for.
Typically changes take 24 hours to complete, but that does depend on the requested change and on how many image changes will be needed.
We keep your files for up to 3 weeks in our shared Dropbox folder. After the 3-week period, Galexia Editing can delete images out of the shared folder. Please backup and save your final images as soon as they are approved as Galexia Editing in not responsible for saving images long term.

Before we start working on your order, one of our experienced team members will evaluate your photos and instructions carefully. If the instructions are going beyond our service range, or exceeding the technical limit of digital photo editing industry, we may cancel your order and provide a full refund as soon as possible.
